Febuary 2nd, 2008, LanOhio presents a Groundhog Day frag fest!

Time: 11:59AM - 11:59PM

Location: Stark MHA Community Center, Alliance, Ohio

Other stuff:
We have a limit of 25 seats. Games most likely to be played include: Crysis, Call of Duty 4, TeamFortress2, Battlefield 2142, and usually some sort of racer from our pal Heywood Jablomi. There are no tournaments or contests planned, though attendees are welcome to attempt to run any event (within the limits of the law) they can dream up. Food and drink are up to you... there is a high likelihood of an evening caravan to a local Chinese buffet. This is a college town so if you go hungry or thirsty then you must be DEE DEE DEE. The standard LANOhio rules are in effect plus there is a no alcohol rule for this location.

I agree, I have not spoken with Humanshield for about a week. He might be having trouble with the database back end type stuffs on the website.

Def need to play some Crysis, COD4, and 2142. Some BF2 would be fun, too, as we haven't played it in forever.

I would play some Supreme Commander, too, if anyone's interested. Just can't run more than a couple of people because it's so cpu and RAM hungry.

Cool. I just got "Forged Alliance" at Christmas and it's pretty awesome, too. Stuff doesn't take as long to build, a lot more units, etc. Very nice, but same same for game play. I have not been able to get into the campaigns, though. Either MP or Skirmish. The SP is ok, but btdt with C&C. Lots of cool maps to download from CPGnet in the Vault. Pretty much just download all the most popular maps.
