It seems people are much happier with the LANs at this location and we have the best price here than we've ever had. We had 20 at this event with most of the playtime going towards COD4 which I must admit is my favorite in the COD series.  With the number going up I am going to try to hit up our sponsors for the next event.  Also the question about upgrading to gigabit has been asked.  Like perhaps upping the price to pay for it?

I agree this new location has brought alot of enthusiasm, its a nice spot to game at and affordable.  As far as jumping the price to $10  i'd say it would be best b/c we could at least upgrade our network and people could do file transfers and game at the same time w/o slowing down the network!

I... live... again!

I kept getting some error messages from the forum so I decided to upgrade it. Now I see all the activity that's still going on. Big Ed? CGB? Just like old times.

My compy's about 2 years old now, think it can handle COD 4?  I might TRY to show up in March or April just to check in on you guys. I can't make any promises though. Smiley

Talk to you guys later!

Hungry Jack... If your serious about coming to the next LAN please let me know..

I work at KraftMaid Cabinetry with an old Friend of yours.. "DudeInBasement" (aka: DIB) and I bet if he knew you were going to be in attendance at a LAN he would most likely come.. he has been out of the LAN party scene for a while now as well..

Yay, i should start coming to lans, I was at the one last year at Akron U, I got a new gaming rig that's itching for a lan party. I also still have equipment I can lend out for a lan, mostly being I have a spare 16 Port 10/100/1000 switch sitting here and a 3ghz 160 gb raid 0 server that I could load up with stuff. Just need to know when and if there are lans and whatnot. I wanna see more lans and if I can help with the mass amount of equipment I have then the better :-D

Speaking of people being "back". I'm hoping to attend the next party myself. Sorry I've been so incosistent over the years, but that's life ain't it. I'm back at home now (not in cincinnati anymore) and getting a new car that's good on miles and have a really steady job, so hopefully you guys will see a lot more of me throughout the year than the once a year thing like I've been doing.

I miss you noobs. Actually, DoA I thought about you a few weeks ago, when I was shooting a B-Ball game at the Canton Field house cuz the big Timken place is there. (PRetty sure that's wher eyou used to work).
