Date: Saturday, November 15th

Time: 11AM - Midnight (or possibly later if Tog is happy)

Cost: $5 prepay or $10 at the door

Driving Directions: map

Details:

We are starting with a limit of 25 seats; however, we can open up an additional 11 if there is need (as always, lanohio volunteer staff, veterans, and those that prepay will get the preference). We will have working internet, HVAC, and clean/spacious restrooms for both genders. Food and Drink are up to the attendees - most of the regulars make a chinese buffet run around 6pm or order delivery.

With new games coming out we will most definitely give them a try in the LAN environment. Games most likely to be played include: Frontline: Fuel of War, Call of Duty 4, Battlefield 2142, Supreme Commander: Forged Alliance, maybe some TeamFortress2, Crysis, Blazing Angels 2, Diablo 2 and usually some sort of racer such as Grid, Flatout 2, or Trackmania Nations Forever.

Be sure to have a 25' Cat5e ethernet cable (and a gig network card in your PC) so you can take full advantage of our gigabit network and file/game servers. We always have cables on hand for those that forget.

The standard LANOhio rules are in effect plus there is a NO ALCOHOL/Smoking rule for this location. If you bring it we will confiscate it. If you must get trashed, there are plenty of bars in this college town.

LANOhio Volunteer Staff members reserve the right to change these rules at any time without warning. When in doubt, ask.

Sadly count both of those out my friend..... (well maybe dota if you got enough peeps to play). But CSS is something you will not find. This group gave it up a while ago.

We mostly play COD4, Far Cry 1 & 2, Track Mania, BF2 & 2142, Supreme Commander, maybe some Serious Sam for a laugh. But as always, come to a LAN and throw a game out there. You might get some people to play.

Yeah, Heywood, Bushwhacker, Cytog, BigEdYO!--they're pretty fanatical CS players, so you'll be good for at least a little action. Don't know about DOTA, though. The last time we played that resulted in a drunken fistfight.
